Council approves e-motorcycle rules, a budget amendment, gas hedging and a settlement agreement
At its July 13 meeting the Eden Plus City Council adopted Ordinance 2839 on electric motorcycles, approved Ordinance 2841 (2026 budget amendment), authorized a gas-hedging strategy for parts of 2030–31 and approved Resolution 1883 to enter a settlement agreement with QMC and David Grampa; staff reported no monetary obligation by the city in the settlement.
