The Camden County Planning Commission voted unanimously April 29 to approve VAR-26-0006, a variance from Unified Development Code Sec. 501(b)(3)(a) that allows subdivision of a parcel with unpaved road frontage in Agricultural-Residential zoning. Interim Planning Director Cassie Turpin introduced the request, which applies to Tax Map 037 074.
