Torch Study Committee adopts governing-procedure language and forms data-focused subcommittees
The Torch Study Committee voted to adopt a governing-document that allows minority opinions to be included in the final report. Members also formed subcommittees to collect claims data, review other states’ practices and identify harm-reduction strategies for DCYF claims.
