Lane County adopts $109.7M five-year Capital Improvement Plan, highlights bridge and facility projects
The board adopted the FY26-27 through FY30-31 Capital Improvement Plan covering $109.7 million in projects including Marcola pavement preservation, Goodpasture covered bridge seismic retrofit and fire mitigation, corrections facility upgrades funded partly by ARPA, and a Public Service Building central-plant replacement supported by a $13 million bond allocation.

Lane County commissioners voted 5-0 on July 14 to adopt the county’s five-year Capital Improvement Plan (FY26-27 through FY30-31), which staffs said contains $109.7 million in planned strategic investments across facilities, parks, roads and solid waste.
