The Town of Mayodan held a public hearing at the March 9 meeting on the draft Town of Mayodan Comprehensive Land Development Plan. Staff noted the CLDP process began in November 2024 with a steering committee of council, Planning Board members and private citizens. The draft incorporates community survey results, stakeholder meetings and data analysis, and the Planning Board voted unanimously on February 19, 2026 to forward a favorable recommendation to Town Council.
