Jason Lytle and Andrew Wright of engineering firm GMB briefed the council on the pumping station project. Lytle presented a revised Amendment #2 to the owner–engineer agreement requesting approval for construction administration and inspection services; Commissioner Michael Sullivan moved to approve Amendment #2 and Commissioner Rose Potter seconded. The council approved the amendment unanimously.
