Trappe audit shows improved finances; FY24/25 audit clean, auditor says
Town auditor Roy Geiser told the Trappe Town Council the town’s FY24/25 audit was clean and that Trappe’s financial position is much improved compared with about a decade ago, urging continued fiscal prudence ahead of planned infrastructure projects.

Roy Geiser of accounting firm UHY LLP presented the Town of Trappe’s Fiscal Year 2024–25 audit during the council’s Dec. 3 meeting, saying the audit was clean and the town is in a stronger financial position than it was about 10 years ago. Town Administrator Erin Braband read the Clerk’s report and the General and Enterprise fund budgets, which were filed with the town records.
