Council approves multiple code changes, planning appointment and park rules in July 16 meeting

Glenwood Springs City Council approved the consent agenda (including ordinances regulating solicitation, unauthorized camping and food‑waste management), adopted right‑of‑way encroachment and sign‑code amendments, appointed a planning alternate and approved updated park rules (with limited amendments). Several items passed unanimously or by clear majorities.
