Committee replaces Appendix A of 64 CSR 51 with new laboratory fee schedule

On Oct. 8 the Rule‑Making Review Committee adopted an amendment replacing Appendix A of 64 CSR 51 with a new Laboratory Service Fees schedule listing itemized fees for chemistry, organic analyses, microbiology, certifications and specimen kits; the amendment was moved by Delegate Hornby and adopted. Vote tallies were not recorded.
