Commission on Local Government approves joint request to defer Leesburg–Loudoun contested‑case schedule
The Virginia Commission on Local Government on Jan. 6 approved a joint request from the Town of Leesburg and Loudoun County to extend filing deadlines, cancel May hearings and push the Commission’s report deadline to Oct. 5, 2023; staff will reschedule the canceled hearings with the parties.
