Board approves music teacher hire; votes to cancel Riley's contract
The West Point Public Schools Board voted Jan. 12 to hire Hunter Jones as a K–12 instrumental music instructor for 2026–27 and approved a resolution to terminate Mr. Riley’s contract. Both actions passed by recorded unanimous votes among members present.
