Tahoe‑Truckee navigation center pilot reports high utilization and early housing connections
After five months, the Truckee navigation center pilot reported near‑full utilization—97% interim housing and 93% emergency shelter utilization—with 38 unique guests served, more than 2,400 meals provided and 50 people linked to case management or wraparound services. Partners will review pilot data in September to recommend next steps.
