Maple Creek Ranch residents ask Franklin County to use developer bond to fix Phase 1 roads
Residents of Maple Creek Ranch told Franklin County Commissioners that Phase 1 roads fail county standards and asked officials to pull the developer bond so the county can make repairs and accept Phases 2–4 for maintenance. Commissioners said they will review legal options.
