Rolla council unanimously approves Mulligans On Main building permit
At a June 8 special meeting the Rolla City Council unanimously approved a building permit for Mulligans On Main, an application filed by Jade Malaterre and Eric McCloud for property described as OTS E 12.5’ of N 60’ Lot 6 Blk 10; motion by Councilmember Damond Schemmel, second by William Fritz.

On June 8, 2026 the Rolla City Council unanimously approved a building permit for Mulligans On Main, an application submitted by Jade Malaterre and Eric McCloud for the property described in the application as “OTS E 12.5’ of N 60’ Lot 6 Blk 10.” Councilmember Damond Schemmel moved to approve the permit as presented; Councilperson William Fritz seconded and all members present voted aye.
