Rolla council unanimously approves Mulligans On Main building permit

On June 8, 2026 the Rolla City Council unanimously approved a building permit for Mulligans On Main, an application submitted by Jade Malaterre and Eric McCloud for the property described in the application as “OTS E 12.5’ of N 60’ Lot 6 Blk 10.” Councilmember Damond Schemmel moved to approve the permit as presented; Councilperson William Fritz seconded and all members present voted aye.
The special meeting was called to order at 5:05 p.m. by Mayor Kevin Juntunen. Present for the vote were Mayor Kevin Juntunen and Councilpersons William Fritz, Damond Schemmel and Paul Frydenlund; Alex Albert, Clarence Booth and Deanna Counts were recorded as absent. City Attorney Rachael Mickelson Hendrickson and City Manager Valerie McCloud were also present.
The council took the single listed action — approving the building permit application for Mulligans On Main — and then adjourned at 5:16 p.m. The minutes were attested by Mayor Kevin Juntunen and City Auditor Tara McDougall.
