Historical commission backs ADU at 433 Neal Street, recommends Development Review consideration

The Grass Valley Historical Commission recommended forwarding a minor development application for 433 Neal Street — including removal of nonhistoric additions and construction of an ADU — to the Development Review Committee after staff found it consistent with historical design guidelines and environmentally exempt.
