Star Valley Ranch council adopts new short-term rental rules in 3–2 vote
Council approved Ordinance 2025-09 (Title XI, Chapter 113) on second reading by a 3–2 vote; changes include banning conversion of single-family homes into multiple short-term rental units and requiring posting of STR addresses/permit numbers on the town website. One council member said attorney input on a grandfather clause is pending.
