The Village of Denton Board of Trustees on March 2 approved Ordinance 26-3-1, adopting the Nebraska Basic Code of Ordinances (2025). Trustee Doug Rosekrans moved to introduce the ordinance and Trustee Amanda Fangmeier seconded; the board then voted unanimously to waive the state statutory requirement for three readings and approved the main motion.
