The Green Bay Plan Commission voted July 13 to recommend an amendment to the Green Bay 2050 comprehensive plan that would change the future land-use designation for 3290 Humboldt Road and a portion of 515 Woodside Road from low-density residential to mixed residential and forwarded the recommendation to the City Council.
