Middletown WPCA approves several customer-relief actions; hardship adjustment passes 4–1
The WPCA granted multiple one-time customer relief actions: a sewer-only goodwill adjustment for 141 Juliet Terrace; a $1,274.09 goodwill credit for 570 East Main Street; and a financial-hardship adjustment for 55 Roberta Drive, which passed 4–1 on a roll-call vote.

At the start of the public portion of the meeting, a first‑time homeowner, Amy Karlvers, described an inadvertently running outside hose and asked staff for forgiveness of the sewer charge because the water did not reach the sewer. The board moved item 5-3 to the top of the agenda to address that request.
