Jacqueline Duffy, an Eversource Energy representative, told the Arlington Select Board on July 9 that the company plans to install approximately one new pole and relocate two existing poles on Hemlock Street to provide electric service for the Stratton Street improvement, which she described as a Mass DOT Safe Routes to School project.
