Premier Lakes reports algae, reduces compressor noise but tone remains a concern
Premier Lakes told the River Ridge CDD that lakes and dry retention areas are generally in good shape but seasonal algae was noted; a compressor cabinet reduced measured noise from 64 to 52 decibels, although staff said the aerator’s tone remains an issue and plantings were put on hold pending association agreement.

Bill Kurth of Premier Lakes told the board on July 23 that the lakes, preserves and dry retention areas are in good shape overall but noted seasonal algae growth. He said a palm tree on Lake E7A’s shoreline had been removed and plantings are scheduled in the near future.
