Massport CAC quorum, Logan flight-path noise and Rt.2 project updates discussed at HATS meeting
Massport and local representatives told the Hanscom Area Towns Committee on Dec. 3 that Massport's CAC bylaws subcommittee is examining quorum requirements after failed meetings and that some Boston-area communities have reported increased noise with recent Logan flight-path changes; regional transportation projects and MBTA schedule changes were also reviewed.
