Premier Lakes reports maintenance; engineer rebuts resident mold claim after Tropical Storm Debbie

Premier Lakes told the River Ridge board the lakes and preserves are in good condition, service frequency increased for the rainy season, and crews cleared fallen trees ahead of a tropical storm. District Engineer Charlie Krebs said parts of the community received nearly 8 inches of rain in two to three days and disputed a resident’s claim that standing water caused mold in a unit.

Premier Lakes, the district’s lake-management contractor, reported that community lakes are in good condition and that maintenance frequency has been increased from quarterly to monthly during the rainy season.
