The commission reviewed a requested bond reduction for Stone Spring Phase 2. Staff explained the request reduced the combined performance and land-disturbance bond from just under $15,000,000 to $1,661,776.74 using updated cost estimates and the planning department's new bond sheet. With no applicant present the commission moved and approved the reduction after brief questions on previous exclusions and updated cost assumptions.
