The board approved a backyard pergola and portal addition at 804 Apodaca Hill, maintained a contributing status and primary facade designation at 203 West Water Street (allowing exclusion of proven nonhistoric materials), and approved conditioned window replacements at 878 East Palace (wood in-kind replacements on primary facades).
