Key findings and fixes applied:

Several member names had variant spellings in the roll call ("Irwin" vs "Erwin", "Alkine" vs "Elkind"); the member list later in the transcript supports "Amaya Erwin" and "Payton Elkind," and the article uses those corrected forms and notes the transcript variants.

- Attribution clarity: Some speaker labels do not self-identify in the transcript; the article attributes direct quotes only to speakers who are present in the transcript (e.g., a "Staff member" who counted books). Where names were mentioned but the speaker voice was not explicitly mapped, the article reports those names as referenced partners (e.g., David Ray, Rob Salazar, Walter Franek) and flags them in clarifying details for verification.

- Date ambiguity: Decoration dates were discussed as both May 21 and May 28; the article reports both the discussion and the meeting members’ later statement that the decoration occurred on May 21 and flags the earlier discrepancy in the clarifying details.

- Quantitative precision: Counts (three lending libraries, 21 books, about 10 shark statues) are reported as stated in the transcript and noted as exact where a speaker provided a count; items not given as exact in the transcript are labeled approximate.

If publishing, verify partner and venue names (Babe James/Jane, Brandon Center), the spelling of participant names, and the May decoration date with meeting staff before release.
