Madison County approves five-year EMS software agreement; EMS director reports rising call volume and event coverage plans
The board approved a five-year staffing/messaging software contract for Madison County EMS that locks in annual pricing. EMS Director Brady reported 692 year-to-date calls (about 25 ahead of last year) and said county crews will staff a third ambulance at the Hinterland event under a paid contract.
