Delaware County commissioners approve routine resolutions, appoint Brandy Urban and enter executive session

At their July 9 meeting the Delaware County Board of Commissioners approved a series of routine resolutions — including purchase orders, a facility permit and a supplemental litter‑grant appropriation — appointed Brandy Urban to a Job and Family Services committee, approved a small AFSCME contract update and voted to move into executive session to discuss personnel, property, litigation and collective bargaining.
