Town staff asked the board to defer action on three posted resolutions (CD3, CD4 and CD5) related to planning work with the New York State Department of Transportation and the developer of the Elmwood 113‑lot subdivision.
Staff (Speaker 6) told the board the items concern alignment of Sprain Park ramps at Dobbs Ferry Road and safety improvements for 14.2 acres the town would ultimately take ownership of as part of the subdivision. "We're working very closely with those two other parties, the state and the developer, with a goal of lining up the Sprain Park ramps at Dobbs Ferry Road and affecting a safer and new entrance through the 14.2 acres that the town of Greenburgh will ultimately take ownership of," the staff member said. He asked that the three resolutions be held until the Nov. 25 meeting while staff finalize details.
Board members agreed to hold the items and said staff will present more detail before the rescheduled meeting. No formal vote on the resolutions is recorded in the transcript.
