On July 15 the Cobb County Board of Zoning Appeals approved a set of variances — including V66 (access on gravel), V84 (legalize an existing large garage with conditions) and V85 (fence and accessory structures) — all subject to staff conditions about stormwater, traffic, permits and limits on commercial use of accessory structures.
