The Spring Hill City Council on Jan. 8 approved a planning study and grant-seeking work aimed at redesigning the 223rd Street corridor from Highway 169 to Highway 69. Council President Chad Young moved to approve Task Order #8 with HDR to provide grant assistance; Mike Grant seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
