Frankfort staff propose sewer ordinance changes for developments outside city limits

City staff proposed three options to address higher costs for sewer service to developments outside Frankfort’s city limits: annexation when legally viable, an administrative fee for non-contiguous properties, and a 10% fee increase for new and existing county services; a first reading was scheduled for the January voting meeting.
