Chair Conner Thomas convened the Alaska State Legislature Select Committee on Legislative Ethics House Subcommittee at 9:04 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2025, and directed Administrator Kevin Reeve to conduct roll call. Committee members present included Skip Cook, Joyce Anderson, Deb Fancher, Carl White and Representatives Alyse Galvin and Kevin McCabe (the latter two via Microsoft Teams).
