River Ridge CDD approves temporary 'zombie box' for lake aerator in 3-2 vote
After considering proposals to relocate an aeration system in Lake E1-C, the River Ridge Board approved installing a temporary 'zombie box' for $3,098 and will revisit a $10,755 relocation proposal during FY2026 budgeting; the motion passed 3-2.

The River Ridge Community Development District on Nov. 19 debated relocating an aeration system in Lake E1-C and instead approved a temporary measure. Mr. Willis presented Premier Lakes One-time Work Order Agreement and an updated Bentley Electric proposal that would add 125 feet of electrical work to move the aeration unit farther from its originally proposed location.
