At the Feb. 4 special meeting the board recorded two formal motions. Crystal Stutzman moved to approve the agenda and Jodi Rauert seconded; the motion passed 5–0. Later, Dylan Gill moved to adjourn, Crystal Stutzman seconded, and the motion passed 5–0. The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 a.m. and the minutes were dated Feb. 4, 2026, and attested by Dylan Gill, Secretary.
