High Point Community Property Owners members approved the association's 2025 budget and voted on several spending measures during their annual meeting Dec. 12, 2024, minutes show. Greg Myers reported that a quorum was present and that the meeting recorded the budget as "passed." The minutes list "394 Votes" alongside a separate line saying "770 Ballots Returned" but do not explain how those two figures relate.
