Dayton council unanimously adopts code enforcement update, budget amendment and two resolutions
At its Sept. 9 meeting, the Dayton City Council unanimously approved Ordinance 2025-4 (amending Chapter 38 on the Code Enforcement Board) and Ordinance 2025-5 (a FY2024–25 budget amendment), accepted a concrete bid from TMS Construction and authorized a statewide mutual aid agreement; the council also heard department reports and scheduled special meetings for Sept. 30.
