Ely council extends Nevada Northern Railway development agreement through Jan. 1, 2027
The Ely City Council unanimously approved the ninth amendment to the Development Agreement with the Nevada Northern Railway Foundation, extending the agreement to Jan. 1, 2027. Council members said the amendment clarifies the City’s relationship to for-profit activities and preserves the City’s distance from certain Foundation operations.
