The Cascade Locks City Council unanimously approved a contract with Prothman to provide an interim city administrator during a special meeting on Jan. 27, 2026. Council President Pete Happy moved to approve the contract; Councilmember Pruit seconded, and the motion passed with Councilmembers Bump, Keilman, Happy (Pete Happy), Pruit, Seeger and Mayor Wood voting in favor.
