River Ridge board authorizes RG Architects and Bowman for gatehouse redesign and community signage
The board authorized Bowman to retain RG Architects as a subconsultant and approved Bowman Consulting's proposal to replace monuments and signage across Pelican Sound; design work will be booked as a reimbursable cost pending future financing.
