Oak Run resident tells River Ridge CDD of water intrusion under slab, seeks HOA/CDD coordination
Lynda Sorensen told the River Ridge CDD that moisture, mold and buckled flooring were found under her home’s slab; inspections found no plumbing or HVAC leak and a foundation specialist recommended drain tiles and 5’–10’ downspout extensions. She requested help coordinating a solution with the HOA.
