City Administrator Brittany Wood said a $92,000 Housing Infrastructure Grant for Dewey Street, applied for by MCEDD and engineer Brad Baird, was reviewed along with agreement documents; the council authorized approval of the grant contract documents and the motion carried with remote participation to complete quorum.
