Merrill council reissues code-enforcement citation, approves $1,000 daily penalty
At a Nov. 25 special meeting the Merrill City Council voted 3-0 (with two abstentions) to reissue a $1,000 citation for a building-code violation and to establish a $1,000-per-day continuing-violation penalty under DC 1.4.300(B)/MC 130.02.
