Mayor Steve Botti said the city’s request for qualifications for a workforce housing developer closed Feb. 28 with three bids and a developer selection is scheduled for March 14 at 11:30 a.m. He told the council the chosen firm will enter a contracting phase, but environmental compliance will delay on‑the‑ground work.
