On March 24, 2026, the Oxbow City Council held a public hearing and conducted the first reading of a proposed rezoning of Part of Lot 1, Oxbow Sixth Addition and Part of Lot 3, Block 1, Oxbow Third Addition to SFR-3 and recorded approval of the proposed Oxbow Twelfth Addition plat.
