The Grafton Select Board on Oct. 6 agreed to assemble a personnel interview committee to review applicants for the highway foreman position. The Chair and board members discussed committee membership and agreed Morgan should participate because she will work closely with the foreman; one board member recused himself because an applicant is a relative.
