At a June 8 special meeting, the Rolla City Council unanimously approved a building permit for Mulligans On Main for "OTS E 12.5’ of N 60’ Lot 6 Blk 10." The motion was made by Councilperson Damond Schemmel and seconded by Councilperson William Fritz; the meeting adjourned at 5:16 p.m.
