Random Lake board unanimously approves downtown road reconstruction and rail-crossing work
The Village Board approved a 2026 downtown hard-surface road reconstruction project that will include engineering, water and sewer work and coordination to rebuild the 1st and 2nd Street railroad crossings; the county will serve as main contractor to lower village costs, officials said.
