Council approves 2026 budget amendment including funds for digital reader boards
On July 13 the council adopted Ordinance 2841, the first 2026 budget amendment, adding $35,000 for two digital reader boards (funded from the Street Fund) and noting that Facilities Fund reserves (Fund 35) would fall below policy levels after the amendment.
